This training is for anyone who wants to take on responsibility for data protection within their organization. In this practice-oriented training, you will learn exactly what measures are required in your organization to implement data protection professionally. Learning objectives

The aim of this training is to train participants to become competent data protection advisors who can successfully support their company in implementing and complying with the new Data Protection Act. After completing the training, you will be able to:

  • Understand and apply the basics and central concepts of data protection, especially with regard to the revised DPA.
  • Master the principles of data processing when handling personal data and implement the corresponding requirements in your company in a practical manner.
  • apply methods and strategies to ensure data security and react confidently in the event of data security breaches.
  • Know the relevant penal provisions and actively minimize possible risks.
  • After passing the exam, you will receive the certificate as a data protection consultant and officially document your expertise.

  • Intensive specialist knowledge: Around 10 hours of specialist training, accompanied by our experienced technical expert, who will provide you with valuable insights and practical tips.

Online training & certification

The online training provides in-depth knowledge in the area of data protection and concludes with a certification. Martin Frey, expert and lawyer at SwissLegal, will guide you through the relevant lessons.
