We use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in certain areas of our business activities to improve our services, optimise internal processes or interact with you.

If you do not want us to collect and analyse information about your behaviour on our website or (mobile) applications via reach measurement, you can proceed as described under Section 5.

If we have any doubts about your identity, we may ask you to send us clarifying information (e.g. a redacted copy of your identity card with your first name and surname, address and date of birth).

Please note, however, that we reserve the right to enforce statutory restrictions on our part, for example if we are obliged to retain or process certain data, have an overriding interest (insofar as we may invoke such interests) or need the data to assert claims. If the exercise of your aforementioned rights conflicts with contractual agreements with us, their exercise may have consequences, e.g. early contract termination or cost implications. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance unless it has already been contractually agreed upon.
