All learning activities undertaken over the course of a learner’s professional career are filed in a personal Learning Record Store profile and can be retrieved at all times. This means that their personal training CV is always up to date and available.

Swiss Learning Hub is a hub between education providers, companies and those seeking training. Combining technology with modern learning techniques (e.g. e-books, virtual classrooms, etc.) makes it possible to create integrated and agile learning scenarios (blended learning, online seminars, flipped classrooms, MOOCs, etc.).

Personalised learning based on the 70/20/10 Model: Job profiles combined with competence models facilitate the target-oriented further development of employees.

Developed using research which has found that 70% of knowledge is acquired on the job, 20% through coaching and 10% through formal training.
