Urs Widmer

CEO Swiss Learning Hub AG

Urs Widmer has over 20 years of experience in the field of digital learning. After graduating as a Business Economist (FH) in Marketing and Controlling, he worked for over 15 years as Managing Director in an e-learning company. In addition, he served on the board of directors of several other companies in the IT sector. He then spent 10 years with the Indian Tata Group as Managing Director of Tata Interactive Systems AG, where he was responsible for building up the business in Switzerland and Germany as well as for sales in Europe.

Urs Widmer has extensive international experience in the field of corporate learning, has advised many well-known major clients and designed corresponding solutions for company training and further education.


Andreas Häberli

CTO Swiss Learning Hub AG

Since 2002, Andreas Häberli has been active in various roles in the field of learning and has thus been involved in this area of CREALOGIX AG since its inception. During his extra-occupational studies of computer science and MAS in software engineering, he worked as a software developer. He was significantly involved in programming the first WBT with AICC and SCORM communication for a major bank. Afterwards, he dedicated himself to the development of the learning platform TRACKER and accompanied various integration projects with customers including connections to other systems. He is currently responsible for the technical structure of the Swiss Learning Hub and is doing everything in his power to bring learning into the cloud together with the software engineering team.


Roland Gmür

Head Vocational Education

After studying electrical engineering at the HSR and obtaining degrees in computer science and business administration, he worked as a software developer, project manager and profit center manager. After joining CREALOGIX in 2001, he led the Software Engineering department for three years. From 2004, he was mainly responsible for the development, marketing and product management of software products and complete solutions in the training environment. He currently leads the Vocational Education division and is responsible for the further expansion of time2learn’s market position.


Helena Tischler

Head Campus Management

During her extra-occupational studies as an engineer in technical computer science, Helena Tischler worked as a service manager and business process engineer for a major bank. Between 2002 and 2007 she worked as a software developer and project manager in various industries and subsequently took over the management of development at the Yellow Pages. With the move to CREALOGIX in 2011, she led the software engineering team of the EVENTO product suite.

Since 2015, Helena Tischler has been working as Head Campus Management with her motivated and competent team and a strong customer and service orientation for the further development of EVENTO and EVENTO Planer.


Malik Michelini

Head Corporate Learning

After graduating with a vocational Matura from a major Swiss bank, Malik Michelini worked for several years in private banking, where among other things, he was in charge of digital aids and training resources in a staff position. For five years he gained experience in content production and digital communication at the first Swiss private television station and the largest local radio station in Zurich. During this time, he graduated as a Multimedia Producer with a BA in Multimedia Arts.

Since 2008, Malik Michelini has been working for CREALOGIX in the Learning Media sector, where he has acquired a profound knowledge and experience in the production of all kinds of training solutions. He has many years of experience as an e-learning author, project manager and account manager. As Head of Corporate Education, he works with a dynamic team to design and implement innovative and effective solutions for our customers.
