Our production process, briefly explained
We rely on a well thought-out and proven production process that is not only structured, but also ISO-certified: Concept, shooting, design, implementation.

The concept phase is all about finding out exactly what our customers need and presenting initial proposals. Once it has been defined what content belongs where and in what form – for example as video, audio or text – project planning can work out a schedule and calculate the costs for production.

In the script phase, the team of authors structures the content in such a way that a coherent storyboard…
In the script phase, the team of authors structures the content to create a coherent storyboard. In addition, graphics and scripts for videos and audio are developed in close collaboration with the design team. As soon as a first version of the script is ready, we discuss it with you and incorporate your feedback. If everything fits, you release the storyboard for production.

The design team has numerous tasks that extend beyond the concept, script and implementation phases.
The design team has numerous tasks that span the concept, script and implementation phases: graphics, videos, audio, icons and more. To give you a foretaste, the design team presents mockups in the concept phase. This is how the visual aspect of the e-learning is fine-tuned with you. In the storyboard and production phase, the graphics, videos and audio are then produced and integrated into the training.

The implementation phase is the central part of e-learning production. Everything that has been done so far…
The implementation phase is the central part of e-learning production. Everything that has been done so far is preparatory work for the implementation. First, the master version is created. Then, if desired, the training can be produced in other languages. Finally, the training courses are published on the customer’s learning environment.

What’s next?
Once the course has been approved, you can publish it on your learning management system (LMS). Alternatively, we will be happy to advise you on how you can use our customizable LMS to host your courses.
