The objective / the challenge

As a foundation operating throughout Switzerland with a primary focus on workplace integration, the SAG Foundation supports individuals in achieving a successful future in the primary labour market.

A few years ago, the SAG Foundation evaluated a solution for the training and further education of employees at all locations and in all national languages (German, Italian and French). The solution was quickly expanded and has since been available to all participants in the Foundation’s programmes.

The focus is on the following requirements:

  • Automation of personnel management and course allocation

  • Simple and intuitive operation of the platform for participants

  • GDPR-compliant cloud solution, data storage mandatory in Switzerland

 

The SAG Foundation uses all modules of the solution. With the Events module, we create personal timetables for all participants and display room reservations on all information screens for the courses on offer. Thanks to the Skills module and the latest module enhancements, we can map the new requirements for skills-oriented training and further education for our various target groups.

With the Shop module, the SAG Foundation can offer its customers not only digital courses but also sustainability products produced in its workshops, such as recycled corks.

Our solution

With time2learn Professionals, the Content Creator authoring tool, and the Events, Skills, and Shop modules, we have jointly created a centralised, powerful training and development solution for all employees and participants at the SAG Foundation. The solution is complemented by time2learn YoungTalents for managing learners at the SAG Foundation.

The result

With the time2learn platforms, we have found a solution that integrates seamlessly into our system environment.
Thanks to continuous developments in collaboration with Swiss Learning Hub AG, we are able to constantly adapt our digital offerings to market requirements, maintain our market position and provide our employees and participants with a modern, intuitive and powerful solution.
