Federation of Master Builders & time2learn Young Talents

Challenge/goal:

The Swiss Federation of Master Builders is carrying out a complete revision of the EBA and EFZ bricklayer vocational qualifications. The aim is to create a practice- and action-oriented basic education that focuses on learners and their individual learning processes. At the same time, cooperation across all three learning locations is to be strengthened. This requires suitable training tools that efficiently support learning process management.

Solution powered by time2learn Young Talents:

time2learn Young Talents is a state-of-the-art digital learning platform designed to elevate learning process management and enable truly flexible, anytime-anywhere education. The platform provides intuitive, practice-oriented training tools, streamlines coordination across all learning environments and ensures equal opportunities for every learner. By harmonising structure, transparency and accessibility, time2learn Young Talents delivers a lasting improvement in both the quality and real-world relevance of foundational vocational training.

Result:

  • Learners and trainers now benefit from clearly structured, practice-oriented learning paths and a significantly enhanced, transparent overview of individual learning progress
  • The platform also streamlines the documentation and reflection of learning assignments, strengthening learner engagement and motivation throughout the training journey
  • By enabling targeted, efficient collaboration among all stakeholders, time2learn ensures that bricklayer training is delivered with greater consistency, relevance and impact
  • The overall quality of foundational vocational education is measurably improved and aligned even more closely with real-world professional practice.
  • A satisfied customer: Christoph Gerber, Project Manager Professional Development, Swiss Association of Master Builders
