time2learn My Skills provides learners with optimal support during the transition from apprenticeship to the world of work. The digital profile bundles all relevant skills and learning data from the apprenticeship and is retained in the long term even after completion of the apprenticeship – regardless of the training company.
Personal access – even after the apprenticeship has ended
Access to My Skills is personalised and remains active even after the apprenticeship has ended. This gives apprentices their own platform where they can view and reuse their training records, skills and documents in a structured way. Data is transferred from time2learn Young Talents in accordance with data protection regulations and only with the apprentices’ consent.
Features
Training and skills profile
An individual skills profile is created based on the data from the apprenticeship. This clearly shows which technical and interdisciplinary skills were acquired during the apprenticeship. The profile can be added to and updated by the user at any time.
Document archive
All relevant documents from the training period – such as learning documentation, training reports or certificates of competence – are available for download in the personal area. This means that no data is lost and important content remains available in the long term.
CV upload & skills generation
By uploading a CV, an extended skills profile can be created automatically. This creates a clear overview of your own skills.
Career planning based on skill
My Skills supports the next career steps based on the individual skills profile.
