In addition to today’s face-to-face courses, you now have the option of digitally offering job seekers the “In 5 steps to a new position” course in self-study mode. This form is suitable for a large number of job seekers, especially for those who are easy to place because a completed vocational training / EFZ or HF, FH, university degree. At the end of this course, job seekers will have an up-to-date, expert-checked résumé, application letter and a personal action plan for their next steps.
Didactic program
The highly interactive program was developed according to the latest didactic findings and in close cooperation with a long-standing instructor in the field of initial measures for job seekers. Thanks to state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, job seekers can now complete the course online with coach accompaniment, intuitively and with maximum user-friendliness!
The course has a modular structure and it covers the topics of situation analysis, dealing with joblessness, CV, action plan, application strategy and prepares job seekers for their job interviews. The training time varies individually and amounts to a total of approximately 24h.
