Strategic Partnership Creates Strong Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Long-Term Continuity

Swiss Learning Hub AG, one of Switzerland’s leading providers of digital learning solutions, has joined the Volaris Group. The partnership marks an important milestone in the company’s continued development and reinforces its long-term commitment to innovation, stability, and sustainable growth within the evolving EdTech landscape.

For many years, Swiss Learning Hub AG has supported more than 10,000 companies, industry associations, and educational institutions with comprehensive digital solutions for managing educational processes and workforce qualification — spanning vocational education, corporate learning, and higher education.

As part of the transaction, Swiss Learning Hub AG will continue to operate independently within the Volaris Group ecosystem. The partnership provides the company with a strong strategic owner that specializes in acquiring and developing established software businesses through a long-term investment philosophy centered around the principle of “Forever Invested.”

Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), is among the world’s leading providers of vertical market software. With approximately 1,500 software companies worldwide, Volaris is recognized for fostering entrepreneurial autonomy, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.

Effective immediately, Attila Varga assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Learning Hub AG.

He brings extensive industry expertise, strong strategic insight, and a profound understanding of the company’s business and culture. His appointment ensures continuity while positioning Swiss Learning Hub AG to successfully accelerate its next phase of growth and leverage the strategic opportunities arising from its integration into the Volaris Group.

Hanspeter Thür has played a pivotal role in shaping the successful development of Swiss Learning Hub AG over recent years. To ensure a seamless transition, he will continue to support the company until his departure in summer 2026, enabling a structured and orderly handover of responsibilities.

Continuity for Customers and Partners

For customers and partners, day-to-day operations remain unchanged. Existing contacts, products, services, and contractual relationships will continue without interruption.

Volaris Group intentionally operates with a decentralized approach, enabling its companies to maintain their entrepreneurial identity while benefiting from the strength and expertise of an international software network. Through this partnership, Swiss Learning Hub AG gains access to extensive global know-how, technological expertise, and long-term strategic support.

“Our customers and partners have placed their trust in our expertise and solutions for many years — and they will continue to do so in the future,” says Attila Varga, CEO of Swiss Learning Hub AG. “With Volaris Group, we gain a highly experienced technology investor with deep expertise in software, information technology, and artificial intelligence. This partnership provides long-term stability while preserving the entrepreneurial freedom that enables us to continuously evolve our platforms, expand our solutions, and create lasting value for our customers.”
