Education Forum 2017 by CREALOGIX Digital Learning in the Trafo-Hallen Baden

The expansion of the Swiss Learning Hub ( will enable the next generation of vocational education and training. Three “Editions” cover different training segments (Vocational Edition for trainees, Corporate Edition for companies, Educational Edition for universities, universities of applied sciences, higher technical school).

With the new technology platform SPEXIAN (, which will become part of the Swiss Learning Hub, video archives can be analyzed, automatically indexed and thus made accessible via innovative speech recognition. Further sound and text documents will follow and form the basis for explorative learning, performance support and workplace learning in a company.

With the authoring tool STAGE Responsive , attractive learning modules can be created that can be used on all mobile devices. The learning platform TRACKER is also responsive and complemented by an app that makes it possible to post video contributions directly into communities (user generated learning content). A competence module and a recommendation management based on it will contribute to further implement the “MISSION of CREALOGIX Digital Learning”: “Personalised learning” for all stakeholders in a company.

At the Education Forum, Prof. Dr. Elsbeth Stern, Professor of Teaching and Learning Research at ETH Zurich, explained the basics of successful learning. She also pointed to the importance of adaptive (personalized) learning programs for successful knowledge acquisition.

Pascal Venafro presented the new product SPEXIAN in detail. Whereas in 11 different World Cafés and workshops the participants received concrete insights into the Digital Learning projects of Berner Kantonalbank, Raiffeisen, CYP, Schweizerische Hotelfachschule and Alpiq.
